Blackpool FC Community Trust is launching a brand new project aimed at 16-18 year olds.
The traineeship in Sports Coaching, starting on Monday 11th April, will give participants the opportunity to gain first hand work experience whilst also gaining; employability, maths and english skills. As part of the course the young people will also gain coaching qualifications.
The opportunity, delivered in partnership with the Football League Trust and B2B Engage, will be delivered at Bloomfield Road stadium as well as encouraging the participants to work closely with Community Trust staff on a range of projects successfully being delivered within the community and local schools.
The course will take place over a 12-16 week period and participants will need to complete 360 hours to gain their qualification.
