Stress Awareness Month

This year the theme is Community.  This theme was chosen because lack of support can cause loneliness and isolation, which in turn lowers people’s wellbeing, impacts mental health and can lead to mental illness.

Do you find yourself feeling like this? Please take a look through the website to see what you could get involved in. We have a variety of social groups such as: Walk & Talks, Coffee Mornings and Sporting Memories sessions. However, if you don’t feel ready to meet face to face you can email info@bfcct.co.uk to speak to our Community Navigation Team to discuss how we can support you.

Sticking within the football remit, pupils were tasked to come up with an idea to make Blackpool Football Club more environmentally friendly.
